Sharks snap five‑game winless streak with 5-4 win over Oilers

The San Jose Sharks snapped a five‑game winless streak with a 5‑4 victory over the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. Shakir Mukhamadullin broke a tie midway through the third period with a slap‑shot from the point, giving the Sharks their first win since Jan. 27. Macklin Celebrini, Michael Misa, Barclay Goodrow and Alexander Wennberg also scored for San Jose.

Edmonton’s offense was led by Leon Draisaitl, Evan Bouchard, Trent Frederic and Jake Walman, while Connor McDavid added three assists for a season‑long 103 points. Yaroslav Askarov stopped 20 shots for the Sharks, and Ingram made 28 saves for the Oilers.
