Mariners Fall to Angels 7-6 in Spring Action

The Seattle Mariners surrendered a three-run lead in the ninth inning, losing 7-6 to the Los Angeles Angels in spring training.

Angels prospect George Klassen struck out four batters, including Patrick Wisdom and Rhylan Thomas via solo home runs. Bryan Woo was solid for 2.1 innings with four strikeouts, but Casey Legumina allowed a two-run homer to Jeimer Candelario. The bullpen could not hold the late lead, resulting in the Angels' comeback victory.
