Celtics' Stevens Confident in Mazzulla, Team Success

Brad Stevens, Celtics president of basketball operations, told The Boston Globe he's not surprised by the team's success this season. 'I don't put a ceiling on us ever,' Stevens said, crediting players for embracing new roles and the coaching staff for defining those roles effectively.

The Celtics' 41-20 record and second-best net rating in the NBA have proven critics wrong after the team lost several key players and had questions surrounding Mazzulla following last season's playoff collapse.
