NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leaked Despite NFL's Efforts to Block

The NFL failed to prevent the leak of NFL Players Association's 2026 report cards, which now show letter grades for all 32 teams despite the league's efforts to keep them private.

The NFL had won a grievance earlier this month preventing the NFLPA from publishing the 2026 report cards, though arbitrators allowed the union to communicate results to players. The leaked document contains letter grades for various categories including treatment of families, facilities, coaching staff, team travel, and ownership.

The report cards are based on responses from 1,759 players surveyed between November 2 and December 11, 2025. New categories for 2026 include home game field, position coaches, coordinators, and General Manager. Unlike past versions, the leaked document only includes letter grades without player comments.
