Bears Should Get Picks for Falcons Hiring Cunningham

Cunningham, who said the Bears gave him the opportunity to grow into the GM role, expressed confusion about not receiving the compensation. Bears GM Ryan Poles called the rule 'strange' and noted it was 'a little odd' that the Chiefs received picks when he was hired in Chicago.
