ESPN has released a list of the top draft prospects, including 2026 NFL combine predictions.
Star Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Monroe Freeling is widely regarded as a first-round selection during April’s NFL draft, and ESPN has named him as a top player to watch throughout the entire NFL combine this week. At 6-foot-7, 315 pounds, Freeling was elite throughout his entire three year career in Athens as he could quickly begin to shine during his rookie campaign in the NFL.
ESPN’s Field Yates recently revealed a bold prediction for the former Georgia star, as Yates believes Freeling could quickly earn himself top-10 selection consideration in April should he dominate at the NFL combine. Yates’ prediction lists Freeling as a current top-15 prospect in the entire class, but the talented lineman’s stock will more than likely continue to rise prior to the NFL draft this spring. Freeling was elite throughout his time on the Dawgs’ offensive line, as the former Georgia star will now look to dominate at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis.
Here’s a full look at everything Yates had to say about Freeling at the combine this week.
“Fans of the "First Draft" podcast are familiar with my feelings about Freeling, who is among my top 15 prospects in the entire class.” Yates wrote. “The 6-foot-7, 315-pound tackle is one the best O-line athletes expected to work out in Indianapolis, and he'll have a chance to showcase the smooth movements, transitions and footwork that helped him become a standout pass protector. My sentiment is that Freeling will keep on climbing draft boards, and I wouldn't be stunned if he works his way into the top 10.”
Freeling will participate in on-field drills on Sunday, March 1 at the combine.
