Mexican fans have drawn an official complaint from Ecuador after surrounding the team's hotel, singing, chanting and honking horns to keep them awake. The Ecuadorian team has now lodged the complaint with FIFA regarding the disruptive behavior ahead of their World Cup 26 last 32 match.
