Starter Vince Velazquez earned the win by tossing five strong innings, allowing just one run and striking out seven. Reliever Tyler Santana followed with three shutout frames, while Kevin Alcántara and Chas McCormick each homered to support the effort.

James Triantos provided a multi-hit performance with a two-run double and stolen base, while BJ Murray Jr. went 2-for-2 with a triple. The victory extends Iowa's winning streak to five games.
