Cowboys Trade Up With Cardinals For 14.5-Sack Edge Rusher

Todd McShay believes the Cowboys could partner with the Cardinals to trade up from No. 12 to No. 3 for Texas Tech transfer David Bailey. The former Stanford standout recorded 14.5 sacks and three penalties drawn during a breakout 2025-26 campaign that helped the Red Raiders reach the College Football Playoff.

While Bailey may not be an instant superstar, his explosiveness and elite get-off at the line of scrimmage offer significant upside for a Dallas defense needing edge assistance.
