White Enters Transfer Portal After Two OSU Seasons

Former Ohio Mr. Basketball Colin White has entered the transfer portal after two seasons with Ohio State, the program announced.

White, a sophomore forward from Ottawa, Ohio, played in 29 games this season for the Buckeyes, averaging 0.9 points per game. The top-125 recruit appeared in 48 games overall for Ohio State and will have two years of eligibility remaining.

White arrived in Columbus with high expectations after a standout high school career at Ottawa-Glandorf, where he helped lead the Titans to consecutive state championship game appearances. His local ties and two-way skill set made him an intriguing developmental piece for the Buckeyes, especially on defense and as a versatile wing. White is the second player this offseason to enter the transfer portal, following Devin Royal.
