Charleston Open Returns with Equal Prize Money

The Charleston Open, the largest women's-only tennis tournament in North America, will run from March 30 to April 5, 2026, at Credit One Stadium in Charleston, S.C. The WTA 500 event has increased its prize money to $2.5 million, finally equaling what is awarded at men's ATP 500 tournaments. Alongside Pegula, the tournament will feature stars such as Ekaterina Alexandrova, Madison Keys, and Belinda Bencic.
