Mario Jeberaeel, a former defensive assistant for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been hired by the Las Vegas Raiders as their offensive run game coordinator under new head coach Klint Kubiak. Jeberaeel spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons with the Jaguars, coaching outside linebackers and contributing to the development of defensive ends Travon Walker and Josh Hines‑Allen. He previously worked in Atlanta and at the college level on offensive lines. The Raiders added him to fill a key role on Kubiak’s staff.
