Chicago, playing without head coach Billy Donovan following his father's death, has now lost seven straight games. The Bulls are 11th in the Eastern Conference at 24-32. Bulls guards Josh Giddey and Tre Jones returned from hamstring injuries, but Toronto closed the game out with a 7-0 run.
