Giants Passed on Flacco in Offseason

Quarterback Joe Flacco became a free agent in March and had interest in the Giants, but the team was not interested in him at the time. The Giants had Jameis Winston under contract through 2026, though he has since signed a two-year extension. piekny-pies.pl

Flacco eventually returned to the Bengals on a one-year, $6 million deal. The Giants now proceed with Winston backed up by J.J. McCarthy, while Flacco remains with the Bengals who need him as insurance if starter Joe Burrow suffers another injury.
