Published September 29, 2026 · Updated September 30, 2026 · NBC Sports

The San Francisco 49ers are signing wide receiver Dante Pettis to their practice squad, according to Jordan Schultz of The Schultz Report.

The 49ers have been decimated by injuries at the wide receiver position, with Ricky Pearsall out for the season, Christian Kirk on injured reserve, and multiple others missing time. Pettis, 30, was originally drafted by the 49ers in 2018 and returns after playing for the Giants, Bears and Saints. He joins Brandin Cooks, who was signed to the practice squad last week. bettingx.club
