Seahawks' Horton: Rookie Season Ended with Shin Surgery

Seattle Seahawks rookie receiver Tory Horton revealed he played through a fractured shin for several weeks before undergoing surgery that ended his 2025 season.

Seahawks fifth-round pick Tory Horton had a solid start to his rookie season before an injury cut it short. The rookie receiver managed to play through a fractured shin for several weeks before getting it checked in Week 9.

"About Week Three, I started feeling my shin and worked through it through a couple games," Horton told reporters. "Got to Week 9, got it checked up and found out there was a crack." Horton's last appearance was against the Commanders, where he caught four passes for 48 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-14 win. "I did have surgery," Horton confirmed. "I have a metal rod in there so the leg isn't going anywhere." fishroad-app.com
