The Indianapolis Colts have completed their 2026 coaching staff additions, with the key hire being defensive line coach Marion Hobby, replacing Charlie Partridge who departed for Notre Dame. Head coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard return for another season, along with offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter and defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, who both interviewed elsewhere but will remain with the team.
Passing game coordinator Alex Tanney also interviewed for the Giants' offensive coordinator position but will return to Indianapolis. With these additions, the Colts' coaching staff is now considered full barring any last-minute moves, providing continuity as they head into the 2026 campaign.
