Guenther Steiner Explains MotoGP Profit Share Decision

Tech3 CEO Guenther Steiner has clarified why MotoGP will maintain its fixed-fee structure with manufacturers rather than implementing a profit-sharing model.

The MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group (MotoGP SEG) has agreed a new commercial contract with Ducati, Aprilia, KTM, Honda and Yamaha spanning 2027 to 2031. Despite all five bike brands pushing for a share of the championship's profits, Steiner explained that the current fixed-fee arrangement will remain in place. ipl-today.in

Steiner, speaking on behalf of the teams, emphasized the benefits of the fixed-fee model, which provides financial stability and predictability for manufacturers participating in the premier motorcycle racing championship.
