«Spurs» bekrefter signeringen av den italienske midtbanestjernen. Tonali kom til England og Premier League fra Milan i 2023, og han har i alt spilt 110 kamper for Newcastle.

The 195.5km stage from Granollers to Les Angles will start at 11:10am BST/12:10pm CET without fans present. Ex-racer and Tour technical director Thierry Gouvenou described the route as a perfect opportunity for attackers, featuring a category-one climb at Col de Toses and challenging finale climbs.
The stage includes the Col du Calvaire near Font-Romeu and a final 1.5km climb to Les Angles at a seven percent gradient, providing opportunities for riders seeking a stage win or even the yellow jersey.
